We offer young kids vocational training by providing training in in-demand skills like coding, digital marketing, and renewable energy. We also have mentorship programs where we pair young people with our experienced professionals for guidance and support. Most of our programs are in rural areas and therefore we ensure they have access to quality education: through initiatives like online learning platforms using solar power.
We offer young adults entrepreneurship support by training, funding, and providing mentorship to them. We help them start and grow their businesses. We have also added job creation to our empowerment services by encouraging companies to hire young people and provide internships or apprenticeships. Because they are young adults, we go on to ensure they have financial inclusion: We've done this by increasing access to financial services, like mobile banking and savings accounts, to help these young people manage their finances.
We offer leadership training by teaching young people leadership skills, advocacy, and community organizing. We also feel it is important to educate youth about their rights, responsibilities, and the importance of active citizenship. Through these approaches, we've created safe spaces for young people to express themselves, share ideas, and participate in decision-making processes.
